The Mobile Aerial Extension (MAX) is a multi-sensor quadcopter UAS capable of integrating with existing public safety resources to bring 360° aerial surveillance to any location, automatically deploying for routine responses, crowd surveillance, natural and human-made disasters, and more at the push of a button.
The MAX is a multi-purpose, tethered UAS integrating with existing light bars on emergency vehicle roofs that automatically deploys at the push of a button, lifting to a height of 35 feet and capturing 360° video recordings via a four-camera payload. Relying on multiple sensors for smarter device integration, the device also captures environmental data directly to the vehicle without relying on data transmission over WiFi or Bluetooth. The device itself can be activated from a car dashboard, remote, or via a smart holster, integrating with existing systems and offering simplistic “on-off” functionality. No dedicated team or pilot is required for operations, making it an ideal solution for personnel involved in routine response, intervention, surveillance, and security enforcement.
